Hi, XWiki is a fantastic wiki application. In my company, we’ve set up an intranet using XWiki with a few custom tweaks, and it’s working great.
Right now, we are testing the AI LLM extensions—specifically for RAG with the wiki documentation—using the integrated AI chat. Even though this extension is currently in beta, it’s actually working really well for us. I think it’s a great addition that brings a feature that is essential nowadays.
There’s only one feature I feel is missing in the AI LLM extension: traceability or observability.
I’d love to know what questions users are asking and which ones are getting good answers, so we can identify documentation gaps in our wiki. I believe this is crucial—being able to see how employees are using the tool would provide key insights to improve the wiki and pinpoint exactly which knowledge gaps we need to fill.
