I’ve the feeling we’re currently missing a category on the forum to discuss subjects that are not directly related to development but are more related to the community at large, and to the various rules related to the community.
For example, the various proposals we have regarding the security policy, the announcements for dev meetings, the proposals related to change in committer rules, etc. All those could go IMO in a new “Community & Rules” category.
I think it’s too much and the Dev category is good for this. The topics you indicated are for XWiki developers/committers which is what the dev category is for. I wouldn’t create a new one. That would make it too hard to use and would overalp a lot with the dev category.
