Difference between Realtime WYSIWYG Editor and Visual Realtime Collaborative Editor

I see two extensions that appear nearly the same:

https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Realtime%20WYSIWYG%20Editor/

What I’m looking for is a realtime collabortive editor that shows the authors name of the text being edited by them, in realtime. Either by colored text or a popup.

Who has experience with using these editors?

as indicated in Visual Realtime Collaborative Editor (XWiki.org)

This extension is superseded by the Realtime WYSIWYG Editor since XWiki 13.9.

so you should rely on the other one https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Realtime%20WYSIWYG%20Editor/

Note that @mflorea resumed some work on it lately but it’s not entirely stable yet.
