Difference CSS based on hostname?

I’m testing out embedding my xwiki site within another site. The parent site already has a top navigation bar.
Is there a way to suppress the top bar in xwiki based on the host I call it by?
Go to full site @ xwiki.example.com
Lop off the top nav bar by going to embed.example.com
Put the embed into the parent site.

If there’s any other way to do this I’m open.
Forwarning, I’ll need handholding however it’s done, unless there’s already a standard way. But I imagine what I’m asking is an extreme edge case.

We did use something like this some times ago. Give it a try in a stylesheet extension:

#if($doc.getExternalURL().contains('rubbish.example.org'))
#companylogo::after {
    content: "Spielwiki";
}
#elseif($doc.getExternalURL().contains('test.example.org'))
#companylogo::after {
    content: "Testwiki";
}
#else
#companylogo::after {
    content: "";
}
#end
