"Failed to execute the [velocity] macro." Could not locate section error

On a number of my global admin pages (History, Extensions, Updater, WYSIWYG Editor, etc), I’m getting the error:

Failed to execute the [velocity] macro. Cause: [Could not locate named parameter [section], expecting one of [deprecatedGlobal, className]].

Any thoughts on the fix?
