I use xwiki in polish but not everything is translated there. Can I somehow complete the translation on my wiki? If so then where to look for language files.

there is a translation platform to contribute on XWiki translations, it’s available there: https://l10n.xwiki.org.
Once the translations are done on the platform they’re integrated in XWiki and available on further releases.
