Is there a way to remove or customize rights for non-logged users in this section showed in the pictures ?

I would try this: click on each of those links and limit view right for guest users for the link target page (either by editing the page access right or by going to the page administration). In order to limit the view right for guest users on a specific page the best is, I think, to set an explicit view right for XWikiAllGroup which includes all registered users.
