There appears to be an inconsistent behavior if a page used as template via template provider has sub-pages and the “action on create”.
Some pages I use as templates have macro’s included, that are sub-pages of the page used as template to keep stuff together.
If the template providers “action on create” is set to “Save and Edit”, then only the page specified as template is copied to the new page. If the action is set to “Save and View”, the entire tree including all sub pages is copied to the new page.
Don’t see what a possible purpose of this behavior could be… maybe there is?
