Is there a setting which allows me to set the default Email Frequency value for all users? I would like to set the default frequency for all current and new users to Live.
It looks like a missing feature to me, since we recently added the capability to add global notification filters from the administration, you should also be able to configure the email notification settings from there.
Could you create an improvment ticket on https://jira.xwiki.org for this?
