New contrib extension - GraphQL API

Hi everyone,

@Enygma and myself are working on a new XWiki Contrib extension to have a GraphQL API for XWiki. We created the associate xwiki-contrib repository (GitHub - xwiki-contrib/api-graphql: GraphQL API to expose the XWiki model for usecases where REST is too verbose or produces too much back and forward between the client and the server.) and JIRA project (Loading...).

3 months later I finally managed to find some time to release the code and add it to Contrib.
