I installed the numbered headings extension, and didn’t like the look. If I uninstall the extension, the old TOC numbered function won’t seem to work. Is there a way to fix this?
Hello @lars,
May I ask what you did not like about the numbered headings extension ToC? It should be fairly similar to the default one.
Also, can you precise the steps you followed and what exactly is not working after the extension is uninstalled. I did a quick try and things seems to work ok.
Thanks,
Manuel
When using the extension, the numbers are the link color, which I don’t like. Without it it looks like this, where the numbers stay black.
If I use the numbered function on ToC, {{toc numbered=“true”/}} it simply doesn’t do anything. I tried installing the extension again, and disabling it from the page, but it still doesn’t seem to work.
Fair point, feel free to create a Jira improvement issue on Loading... for that part.
Ok, actually two steps seems to be required:
- Make sure to uninstall “Table of Content Macro for Numbered Headings”
- restart the wiki
This second step shouldn’t be required. If you confirm that following those steps brings back the old behavior, I’ll create an issue for that.
I’ve tried both solutions. Neither seem to work.
