how to change Change resolution (quality) of imported Powerpoint presentations? I found an info on the extension site (https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Office%20Macro#HConfiguration) - but i dont know how to change these variables or even where these files are…!!!

If you want to configure the image dimensions and other stuff you’ll have to copy document-formats.js from the jodconverter jar to WEB-INF/classes and edit it. For instance, if you want the slide images to have 1024px width you have to change this line:
