Comment faire pour avoir le détail “des pages les plus vues” lors de l’exportation de mes statistiques depuis le Xwiki ?

You’re referring to statistics exports in your post. Do you mean that you’re doing SQL export/dump? If so then you have all the data about most viewed pages.

If you’re only exporting pages and using a XAR export then this doesn’t export statistics. See https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Backup#HUsingtheXWikiExportfeature for more details about this.
