This does not exactly sounds like “non-profit organizations and individuals”.
Also, as developers, you need to be aware of the limitations MyXWiki farm has. So this might not be the best environment to test XWiki’s development capabilities.
Yes, note that this farm is not really for testing. If you’re testing, you could use the XWiki SAS cloud farm, see http://myxwiki.org/ which mentions it and shows you the differences.
