Unable to see Wiki+ Option in Admin Login

Hi,

I have admin access. I have installed extension WIKIUI which says it gives option to Create Wikis but i don’t see the option to create Wiki with my admin login. Below is the extension:

org.xwiki.platform_xwiki-platform-wiki-ui-mainwiki-10.5.xar

I dont even see the “User Index” option as Admin Login.

Hi Vishal. You’re not supposed to install the Wiki UI extension manually. When you start XWiki the first time you are asked to pick a Flavor and all flavors listed will (there are 2: Standard and Demo) will install this extension automaitcally. Thus this suggest you have a problem the way you installed the XWiki flavor. Maybe you skipped the step and asked to have an empty wiki?

Yes, I have selected “Empty wiki” initially when installing but If i select a Flavor either Demo or Standard. It will have most of the extensions installed by default. I dont want to use all the extensions installed by default.

Then How do i remove those extensions and how will i know what will the impact if i remove any extensions.
