Undeprecate plugins that have no alternative

Hi devs,

In the past we deprecated the “plugin” technology and were a bit hasty to mark plugins as deprecated (e.g. the image plugin).

However, it doesn’t make much sense to deprecate some code if there’s no alternative.

I’m thus proposing to remove the deprecation information for these plugins.

+1, it’s a pity that we still have old plugins, but they should not be deprecated until we provide something else

ok I’ve only found the zipexplorer plugin which also had some deprecated annotations. We need to move it to legacy because we have some replacement with the VFS API and Macro but it’s a different topic.
