Watch list always empty

Hi!

I’m trying to add a page to the watch list by switching the leftmost button to ON:

As soon as I reload the page, the button is again “OFF”. There is also never any page added to my watch list in my user settings:

No errors visible in Firefox console or catalina.out. I’m using xwiki 8.4.5. Any idea?

You might be mixing 2 different apps:

Watchlist app: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Watchlist%20Application
Notifications app: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Notifications%20Application/

We’re planning to decommision the watchlist app soon (in 9.11.3) but FTM it’s still active by default. It can be disabled through xwiki.properties.

Which version of XWiki are you using?

I don’t think @Marcus is mixing things. I see no mention of notifications in his post. He is even using XWiki 8.4.5 where notifications where not implemented. However, it seems there is a bug there.
