I am accustomed to the Drupal open source community projects, and I’m not completely up to date with Xwiki, how users and developers can see all issues and development that happened/is happening in for example each extension project separately.
I am testing a number of extensions, nearly all of them have some issues I like to check what has has discussed about this in the projects by the developers. The Help section of this forum appears to shield of users from developers, but gives also very limited insight in what happens at development level.
Thanks
Hi @Yuri,
All our issues are centralized in jira.xwiki.org.
The three main ones are commons, rendering, and platform.
Any other contrib project can also request for its own jira project.
When they do, an “Issues” link is proposed on extensions.xwiki.org. To take Replication Application as an example:

Also, important development topics are discussed in the development section of this forum.
And, a monthly roadmap is publicly available, announcing what we plan to work on for the following month. The roadmap is also announced on the forum.
We also maintain design pages for some developments.

All the dev is done in the open! Some info:
- All the dev practices and resources are listed on this wiki: https://dev.xwiki.org/
- Important discussions happen in the forum in the “Development” category: https://forum.xwiki.org/c/dev/13
- Short discussions happen on the development chat on matrix, see https://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/Chat
All these places are public and you’re free to check them out to follow the development of XWiki
