XWiki Best Practice & Real Case Studies

I wonder if there are some Best Practice & Real XWiki Case Studies for general Orientation and user case oriented HowTo work efficiently with Wikis.

Maybe there is also some literature about general recommendations how to set up a Wiki and to envolve users? I’ve looked it up but did not find something specialised on wikis.
