Hi, I took the time to test this and it worked fine for me.
What you did seems ok. On my side I’ve modified the max upload size from 33554432 bytes to 3355443200 (ie from 32MB to 3.2GB).
Then it started working and I could upload a 250MB file with no problem. It took about 20 seconds.
