Errors after upgrade to 16.10.1

as an admin I will still see the “Mechanical” page under BOTH "Procedures and “Instructions”

This suggests that:

• when you moved those pages, you enabled the creation of an automatic redirect (which technically is a wiki page with a redirect metadata in it)
• you enabled displaying hidden pages for this admin user (as those redirects are hidden pages by default), this should not have much to do with rights

Is there any way to delete those redirect pages?
