Yes but as mentioned i would like to touch the separate pages and export them to get a proper cleaning. i dont want to make a whole backup.

Yes, and I already explained how you could do it. See somewhere inside the tons of messages above 
You were also saying that screenshots were not exported in your version when you were using the Page export action. I told you to test it by reimporting to verify but I don’t think you replied.
Last, the Page export action is not meant for backup and doesn’t support exporting the history.

You could also use the export function you find in the admin tools under “other” after you install the admin tools extension. That may give you more options.
