Thanks everyone for joining, here’s the recording: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JG8gFehrTY
Yikes I never realized how much you could hear my daughter and keyboard in the background, my apologies
We have some preliminary support for the docbook syntax, see http://rendering.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/#HSupportedSyntaxes
See also xwiki-rendering/xwiki-rendering-syntaxes/xwiki-rendering-syntax-docbook at master · xwiki/xwiki-rendering · GitHub for the sources.
This means that right now you can have a wiki page in docbook syntax if you turn on docbook in your xwiki, and we’ll be able to convert it to xwiki markup automatically.
See https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/UserGuide/Features/PageEditing#HChoosingaSyntax
Hope it helps
haha nice. Apologies accepted Maizzie! She’s very cute.
I think she wants to be a presenter of some kind when she is older, any microphone on anywhere and she immediately has to have a say hehe
But onwards with work lets see how it works importing those XML’s!
Thanks for recording the session. Was nice to hear some of the feedback and ideas.
One thing to consider is that when we are doing demos, it would be nice to make sure we are recording the screen of the person that is doing the demo, otherwise you cannot follow the recording. Something to pay attention for the next sessions Thanks
