This proposal is not about having highlights in general, this was already agreed on Proposal 8: Landing Pages. This proposal focuses on what pages specifically we allow on the Highlights section.

Since both Manuel and Simon addressed the issue of having the frequently accessed pages on Highlights:

A frequently visited page is one that is already sufficiently visible. Why would we highlight it even more?

I’m not sure I would include frequently accessed pages in the criteria:

I’m proposing to change from the Common Criteria the sentence "Pages that are frequently accessed" → to "Use frequently accessed pages as a reference". WYT? This way it’s clear that we’re taking inspiration from frequently accessed pages, review them and use them as a reference, but don’t follow them blindly.
