After updated from 13.10.2 to 13.10.4 ( XWiki 13.10.4 Released - News & Events - XWiki Forum), I am having this issue again:
I’m not removing that as the last time I did, it broke the Wiki and I had to rollback.
In fact, since it’s the weekend, I’ll leave it at this point of the DW, sine nobody will need this until Monday.
It’s very strange, it’s as if you skipped the flavor upgrade step as otherwise you would not have 13.10.2 installed anymore (it would have been replaced by 13.10.2).
The fact that the base flavor extension end up being orphaned also suggests you uninstalled the flavor extension (which could explain why you were not suggested to upgrade it).
You should skip the whole DW, go tho the Extensions administration and make sure you have the XWiki Standard Flavor 13.10.4 installed.
