16.3 now source code option in WYSIWYG-editing missing

Hi all,

after update to version 16.3.1 we miss the switch to the “sourcecode”-option in the editor.
We use this often for editing charts and making links opening in new tab etc.

We looked in the preferences, but could not find a possibility to reable this option.
Did someone know?
Thanks in Advance

AFAIK this is only if you enabled the realtime editor. This is a current limitation, see Loading.... Hopefully it should be fixed soon but note that it might be hard to have that feature when there’s more than 1 person editing.

So, for now, if you don’t need realtime you could disable it. Alternatively you could use the wiki editor to perform changes you don’t want to do in the wysiwyg editor.

See https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ReleaseNotes/Data/XWiki/16.2.0/#HRealtimeWYSIWYGEditor . If you had custom CKEditor settings before the upgrade then realtime editing gets enabled by default so you need to disable it if you want to get the Source editing back.
