This has nothing to do with your problem and is only logged when you stop Tomcat.
You should take a look at the XWiki startup log instead, which apparently is not located in this file (you seem to only have the general Tomcat log).
Note that using a WAR file is not recommended, better extract it, especially since you usually need to modify some things in the configuration files for XWiki to work.
