Hello,
We have a xWiki website for our company, and we want to give the read access to everyone but without any authentification.
We tried many options but it does not seem working.
I think we have to set up a guest access, am I right ?
How can we do that ?
Thanks for your help and your time.
What you describe is the default so you actually changed something to end up where you are.
Access “without any authentification” is represented by the “Guest” use in XWiki so you need to make sure “Guest” have view right. See http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Access%20Rights/#HOpenWiki for more details.
Hi,
It is still asking for the credentials.
Can we have an access without logging in ?
Thanks for your help.

What are the permissions on your wiki? Can you include a screenshot? That’s under Administer Wiki, Users & Rights, Rights.
By default it shows “Groups”, but we’ll need to see the “Users” view as well for unregistered users.
Hi,
The screenshot of the users rights.
Thanks.
This looks ok for the whole wiki but maybe you forbidden view right in the page you are testing.
Hi,
It seems working now ! Thanks for your help !
