I’m interested in doing some user research around AI needs & wants for knowledge management tools.
The idea would be to have some short (~20 min) interviews about how people currently use AI for knowledge management. What works, what doesn’t, a feature wishlist if you happen to have one.
The goal of the interviews is for the XWiki SAS company (not to be confused with the XWiki Open Source Project), to better understand what kind of AI features users expect from knowledge management software these days.
