Align images in pdf export

How can I align images around other paragraphs in pdf export like this:

I tried making changes in pdf.css but nothing is working.

You may have to take a look at the export feature documentation, especially at the two links given at the end of this section regarding how to customize the PDF export look and feel and also the PDF Export Panel Application.
