I use animated gif for user avatars. After load some avatar still animated in resized formats on the top bar, or in the user catalog, but some images freeze and not animated anymore. Some avatars not animated at all
I try use different images but i can’t uderstand logic. Why some images animated and some no?
Most probably because some are resized on server side and some not and the resize tool we use does not support animated gifs. Images are resized on server side when the request size is different from the size of the source image by default. See Loading....
