Anonymous read access not possible

XWiki 15.10.14

I can’t set my wiki pages (even Home) accessible from unauthenticated users.
Our wiki is LDAP-integrated, I’ve skimmed through its configuration but didn’t find anything relevant about mandatory logins.

This is the actual Rights setup:

I’ve tried playing a bit with the checkboxes, but it always shows the login page from a new browser session.

What am I missing?

Hi @watery,

If your XWikiAdminGroup has the view right checked, this means that Unregistered users do not have it, unless it is explicitly given.

Hope it helps,
Alex

Thanks, but didn’t work.

I mean, now they’re like this:

And I still see the login form.

Are there any users with individual rights?

Nope:

I even ticked “View” on the “Unregistered users” row, but still no anonymous access.

Er, wait: are the changes in the page taken instantaneously or should I restart the instance?

Hmmm… I checked the rights of Home, and this is what I found:

I can’t swear I didn’t edit them, though it seems strange to me that I did that edit: are those standard rights?

(edited first post to add XWiki version)

I was about to ask if you have rights defined at page level and if the redirect to login happens when you access any page.
No, those are not standard rights, the Home page is clear.
