I would like to restrict users from editing my app within minutes. All I want to see is just Create new entry button for users other than Administrator.
Can it be achievable?

I think I found an answer to my own question. Posting it here in case someone like me looking for an answer
Go to your App Within Minutes Application and click on “Edit Application”
Click on “Code” from breadcrumb on top
Open “Page Administration” page from the list of pages created for your app
You can now restrict pages and its children from Edit, Delete and Admin as seen below
