Can not access xwiki

For two days now, I can not access xwiki. Once the credentials are entered, access does not work and I have no error message.
Can someone help me please?

I know I had a similar issue before where the login page wouldn’t load.
I fixed it by allocating more memory to Tomcat.

@mity-dave I can not find the file tomcat.conf in server. I’m using a server running ubuntu.
