I can only see the user’s editor if I login as superadmin. Is it possible to make it so that just an administrator can also see the object editor?

the capability to use any editor is given at the moment a user has edit rights (see https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/UserGuide/Features/RightsManagement), now there’s 2 modes for users in xwiki with different capabilities, you can check: https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/UserGuide/Features/PageEditing#HSimpleandAdvancededitingprofiles
In short: you need to be an advanced user to have the link to the object editor, but any user can switch to advanced user.
