Can you include Tab titles in a TOC?

Help please? New to Wiki, and I have created a page which includes tab headings:

However, when you click on the TOC the headings are showing, but they do not take you to each tab, only the first tab.
Is this possible to do?

Where are getting these tabs from? As far as I know they are not part of XWiki Standard but maybe stem from some extension present in your specific XWiki instance
