Can't change localization

The save button in the localization section is not working. When I try to change locale settings an hit the button - nothing happens.

The Inspector shows an error message "Form submission failed, as the element named ’ ’ was implicitly closed by reaching the end of the file. Please add an explicit end tag. "

Is this just for me or a general bug?

XWiki version is 11.10.10

Hi!
I’ve just tested on XWiki 11.10.10 (HSQLDB/Jetty) on IE11, Firefox 80, Chrome 85 and Edge 85 and I didn’t reproduce the issue. The settings change saved successfully without errors in JS console.
