Just installed xwiki 10.11.9 on ubuntu 18.04LTS, Java 8.212, MySQL 5.7.26. I can register as a user, but I can’t use the admin nor the superadmin. I have enabled superadmin and left the password as “system” but it doesn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know, it’s probably something simple, but I can’t seem to suss it out.
Have you restarted after this ?
Are you sure this admin user even exist ? An Admin user is provided in the demo package but in other packages you are asked for the first user with administration rights.
oh yes, I’ve definitely restarted.
Any ideas?
Can I look in the database for users/perms?
