I’m happy to announce the release of Change Request 0.13 which is probably the latest release before the 1.0 release.
This release includes a bunch of bug fixes but also some new big features: there’s new important administration options, notably to prevent or not authors of a change request to review it, or to specify a minimum of explicit approvers. This release also includes a new mechanism to allow specifying delegates of the explicit approvers.
Finally some improvments have been made to make more clear the fact that a review has already been done by a user.
Also note that this release implies to use XWiki 14.3 as minimum version, this has been done to ensure that attachments are working with Change request.
