Links in the Web-UI work fine. But E-Mails generated, like password-reset mails, contain URLs beginning with http://localhost:8080/, even though xwiki.home= was set to the correct URL of the Instance used to reach the proxy.
How can this be fixed, so these Mails also contain the correct URL?

I conclude that there is no error on my side, so I will file a bug report. Thank you.
Found it out now:
Setting `xwiki.home` makes this work, but it’s the least preferable way to solve this!
@tmortagne:matrix.xwiki.com explained exactly what to do in the Matrix chat:
The better way is to change the “Descriptor” of the Main Wiki to the URL you would like to use. This can be found from the “Wiki Index” (http(s):///bin/view/WikiManager/): Look for a description of `Main wiki` (in case you did not change this).
Click on the Pen-Icon on the right of that Wiki.
There you find a parameter named `Alias`; set that one to the URL you’d like to use, save it and you are done!
It should work immediately, but at the latest after a restart of XWiki, Mails should use the correct URL now.
