mails sent by the PublicationWorkflow Extension always sends the email with the mailer@xwiki.localdomain.com adress.
How i can change this to another email adress?

Hi,
You just need to set an email to your wiki preferences. Go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=object and look for Admin email field. The Publication application is looking for the value in this field and will use the default you mentioned if no admin email is provided.

Unfortunately we dont have a Admin email field listed there.
Can you please tell me how the field needs to be configured(type etc…)

Indeed, you need to edit the XWiki.XWikiPreferences object and there you will find the Admin email.
