Color Theme and Icon Theme or, simply, Color and Icon under Theme?

It is still confusing to me the use of the word/concept “theme” inside XWiki.

Whereas, when I enter Administer Wiki from the hamburger menu I clearly reach Themes entry under Look & Feel, it is weird to me to find Skin as a customization alternative under Themes, and variables to set logo, typography or height of the navigation bar under Color Theme.

I would say that I feel more “natural” to find Skin under Look & Feel, at the same level as Themes, to rename Color Theme as Color and Icon Theme as Icon, to create a new “category” Typography under Themes to hold typography -related variables, Logo also under Themes.

LESS code, as advanced option, also directly under Look & Feel!

What it is no clear to me is where to put the height of the navigation bar and the breadcrumb separator…

Just my two cents! Thanks for the hard work!

Some inputs:

Maybe we just forgot to change the name in the Admin UI when we moved to Flamingo Themes?

Hello @Ricardo_Rodriguez thanks for your input. Yes, the Look And Feel section could get some improvements UX wise. I’ve been wanting to work on this for some time now, as I have some ideas for the Panels areas as well.

I’ll try to get something in the coming months, and I’ll make sure to use your points as input for the Themes.
