Color theme in Global settings does not apply to Local Color Theme

Hi!

We want to create local users in a sub-wiki. Upon testing, I noticed that the color theme that I set globally as admin user (in main wiki) does not apply to the pages in the subwiki and UI when I logged in as a local user (e.g., the links are not the same color, icons are not the same color, etc.).

Is there a way to fix this?

The issue I am facing, in other words, is that as a global user, I can see the color theme that was set globally in the sub-wiki. But as a local user of the sub-wiki, the color theme is different.
