[contrib] extension repository request for applications-favorites

Hi,

I would like to contribute an extension that will allow to manage a list of document favorites which would display either in a panel or in an XWiki menu.

The name would be application-favorites

If the name is ok, can I ask you for the creation of a repository and JIRA project?
