Current user doesn't have view rights on document [xwiki:CKEditor.SyntaxContentEditor]

I don’t know if this is expected or not, but while fiddling with a user with restricted rights, I stumbled upon this error

Failed to execute the [include] macro. Cause: [Current user [xwiki:XWiki.<username>] doesn't have view rights on document [xwiki:CKEditor.SyntaxContentEditor]]. Click on this message for details.

But there’s no:
http://<host>:8080/xwiki/bin/view/CKEditor/SyntaxContentEditor/
http://<host>:8080/xwiki/bin/view/CKEditor.SyntaxContentEditor/
pages in the wiki.

Only this one exists:

http://<host>:8080/xwiki/bin/view/CKEditor/

and adding the View right under Page & Children makes the above error go away.

Is that a mispelt error message? Or am I supposed to create that * SyntaxContentEditor* page?

Try: http://<host>:8080/xwiki/bin/view/CKEditor/SyntaxContentEditor
