Disable comments on extensions and snippets wikis

Hi devs,

We already have comments disabled on all wikis of xwiki.org except the extensions and snippets wikis.

I’m proposing to disable comments on them too.

To be precise, I’m not proposing to remove existing comments but just to not show the comments and annotations tab(s).

We have the “Support” entry in the horizontal menu already to point to the forum and we can see that users find the forum and ask questions there so there’s no issue of visiblitity.

This also means disabling annotations. I don’t think we ever used them on xwiki.org, but do you think we might want to use them in the future, e.g. when working on documentation?

No, I don’t think we’ll need them. They are similar to comments for me.

PS: I didn’t mention it but if someone wants to fix something in the page, we have the CR app for that if they don’t want to make a mistake. So that also reduces a bit the need for comments/annotations. For the rest, we have the forum and users can put links in the forum post if they need to comment on some specific page.
