Hi guys. How can I restrict users from being able to change their profile preferences? Currently, the user can log into the profile and enable the hidden documents setting. Thank you in advance for your help.

Could you explain your real problem? I have the feeling you’re looking for permissions rather than hidden documents.
So, any user can edit their profile settings. I understand that this was the original logic, but I don’t want users to be able to enable configuration of hidden documents or advanced user type. Can I hide this functionality?
again, it’s a feature and we want users to be able to edit their profile (it’s THEIR profile :)). You still haven’t explained what you’re trying to achieve… Why do you want to forbid users to see hidden docs or be advanced users?
