Edit Macro to different default settings

Hi,

I am not sure if I just missed this but I am wondering if I can edit the Table of Contents Macro to default to a depth of 3 instead of 6 and default it to Numbered as well. This is the first time I have tried to edit a Macro so I am not sure.

By “default”, do you mean to make it so that any user creating a macro will have the a depth of 3 by default instead of 6?
This is not currently possible in XWiki. But, please create an improvement issue on the Rendering Jira project describing the feature :slight_smile:

Also, shameless plug but you could be interested by the Numbered Content extensions, providing a Table of Content macro allowing more advanced numbering.
