When editing a page it takes a long time to load. I get the following error in the XWiki logs:
WARN w.s.WysiwygEditorScriptService - Failed to import office attachment [xwiki:CKEditor.OfficeImporter@empty.txt]. Root cause is: TimeoutException:
The page load happens right after the timeout exception is logged.
It happens with all paged that have the CKEditor
Can anyone help.
Looks like you have the Office server connected to XWiki but it’s not working (TimeoutException). So either disconnect the Office Server from the Wiki Administration, if you don’t plan to use it, or make it work (e.g. try to create a new page and choose the Page from Office template).
I have set openoffice.autoStart=false and it has fixed the timeout issue for the page edit.
We have two docker hosted instances of XWiki and both of them started experiencing the timeout issue at the same time. The instance that I host in docker on my development machine did not experience the issue. Could it something we did with our networking cause the issue?
