Enable realtime WYSIWYG editing by default

Hi,

Realtime WYSIWYG editing is currently bundled in XWiki Standard but disabled by default. This limits a bit the amount of feedback we get from our users. In the course of the 16.x cycle we fixed a lot of bugs making it more and more usable. All these bug fixes have also been merged to 16.4.x and 15.10.x. There are of course remaining bugs and improvements to fix, but none critical. I propose thus to enable realtime WYSIWYG editing in 16.9.0RC1.

Note that this will affect new installs and upgrades where the CKEditor configuration has not been customized.

I’ll go ahead and push the change to see how the CI reacts, but if we don’t reach an agreement I’ll revert before the relese.

+1 on my side

Thanks,
Marius

+1 with an indication in the backward-compatibility section and an explanation how to disable it (with a link to the doc).

It’s important that we start stabilizing it now, with real use cases, so that it’s perfect at the end of the year in the LTS.
